Wholesale Origins:
Founded as Fuser Works, Inc. in 2001, the team that would become Dallas Laser Printers were pioneers in the remanufactured printer part industry. John Phillips, Jr., their founder and President, set out to supply the highest quality remanufactured fusing assemblies to wholesale customers across the USA. He would soon add laser printer repair parts, and refurbished laser printers to their catalog of products. His strong leadership helped Fuser Works, Inc. grow into the #1 choice for DFW’s top printer technicians.
Todd Bowman joined the manufacturing team in 2002. For the next half decade the Fuser Works, Inc. team focused on innovation and quality in the wholesale printer part industry.
Consequently, when economic shifts and industry changes left many of their wholesale customers without on-site laser printer repair capability they turned to John and his team for a solution.
Dallas Laser Printers Era:
In 2008, John and Todd worked to create Dallas Laser Printers. This new business would focus on bringing their wholesale printer parts to the businesses of North Texas, while also providing expert technicians that truly knew printers inside and out. Inevitably, this was a game changer for local businesses. Simultaneously the DLP team leveraged their industry experience and connections to bring the highest quality toner cartridges to DFW as well.
As a result of their knowledge and passion DLP was a huge success. In the years since, they have cultivated this reputation for being the go to solution for both retail and third party laser printer repair across the North Texas area. Staying brand neutral, they have been able to support Brother, Canon, Dell, HP, Lexmark, and many other brands of printers with repair and toner cartridges.

In 2023 they became recognized as a Brother Silver Partner, broadening their ability to support DFW businesses even further.
